Summer Horse Camp 2012
Equine Escapes is excited to offer Summer Horse Camp 2012! We are targeting ages 6-14, but may take other ages depending on the group dynamics and information provided on the Camper Intake Form. Please contact us if you have a child outside of the 6-14 range that you think would be a good fit for our camp programs!
We are conveniently
located in Issaquah, 20 minutes
from Seattle and 5
minutes from I-90.
Equine Escapes Horse
Camp is a Day Camp, centered
around the care and feel
for the horse, as
well as
horsemanship, riding
lessons and
horseback games. Our Adventurers Campers can expect to spend a bit of time exploring the trails at local parks.
The Adventurers II Campers will be on the trails EVERY DAY and may even get to go swimming with the horses!
Additionally, our
campers will learn
about wildlife and
nature on our 20
acres ranch and put
their newly learned
knowledge to work
with different
activities. For the
hot summer days,
your child may have
the opportunity to
go for a dip in our
pool or hang out
with all of our farm
critters in the
shade!

General Information
Days &
Hours:
Monday through
Friday, 9:00am –
4:00pm. We also
offer early drop off
from 7:00 am and
late pick up until
6:00pm for $25 per
day.
Transportation:
We
do not offer
transportation.
Children will be
released to a
non-family member
ONLY with written
permission from a
parent or guardian.
Lunch:
Campers should bring
a lunch bag, unless
participating in our
All Inclusive
program. Bottled
water and snacks
will provided
throughout the day.
On Friday, we host a
cowboy/cowgirl
cookout for lunch.
Overnights:
Campers are welcome
to join us for an
overnight on
Thursday or the
entire week! The cost
is $75 per night and includes
a cowboy cookout
dinner and breakfast
and fun camping
activities. Campers
should bring a
sleeping bag, change
of clothes and
appropriate hygiene
items.
Equipment: We provide the riding helmet at no charge. Campers should wear long pants and boots with a small heel. Please send your child with a change of clothes for the afternoon, including sneakers and clothes that may get dirty during barn and other activities.

Overnight (All Inclusive) Week Long Camp - add $600 (Monday - Friday)
Terms:
Reserve your space
with a registration
fee of $100
(non-refundable) for
each week of camp
you’re attending.
The final balance is
due one month prior
to the start camp
date.

first additional

horsemanship skills,
trail riding, horse games

explorations. The Adventurers II Camp will include trail riding EVERY day.
